No additional guests are allowed at the time of the appointment. 

Please arrive to your appointment on time. Clients that are 15 mins late will risk loosing appointment. 

A non-refundable deposit is required for specific services. The deposit will be applied to your total service price.

All remaining balances are due at the time of service in cash or card  

Once a service is complete, there will be no refunds; if you are not satisfied with your service please contact us via email 

If you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment please contact via email, text or phone at least 24 hrs before. There is a $50 cancellation fee If you cancel same day. If you do not show for your appointment the full amount will be charged to the card used at the time of the deposit.
